The human

Originally, there was only Adya Shakti. An unchanging, impenetrable state. There was no time. Space didn't exist either, and no one existed to experience what didn't exist. Trying to describe the state that prevailed before Creation is like trying to describe the darkness of a dark room. 

Then came a "singularity" that lies outside time. Thus, from a state of zero, duality appeared. The birth of duality marked the birth of space, time and energy.

Where does duality come from?

She is the doubling of Adi Shakti, the original zero that split into II. The same reality split in two, divided by a space that will serve as a nest for creation.

Between these two poles of the same reality, separated by a space, currents of concentrated energy converge, as the hidden intention at the heart of the bipolar system is to reform the original lost unity. High-intensity energy currents collide, creating other energetic elements that also seek stability in a headlong rush that generates more and more energetic chaos and complexity.

Other elements are thus created, which smash together to form increasingly heterogeneous energetic elements. These processes develop and multiply exponentially, eventually taking the form of elementary particles.

Colossal forces are at work, described by quantum physics as strong and weak interactions that act either in the direction of particle cohesion or disintegration.

This interplay of interactions is the basis of the atomic, molecular and cellular organization of initial energy. Strong interactions are responsible for the cohesion, organization and integration of particles into systems.

It's the strong interaction that gives rise to atoms and the stability of matter.
